Métro 2min away. Buses and cab station. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The street is full of retail traders, such as butchers, bakers, wine shops, chocolate shops, clothing shops, bars, restaurants... The whole scenery is typical and very enjoyable.
The space
Obviously, the view on the Eiffel tower is great, and there are many ways of transportation (bus, metro, taxi...) to get wherever you want in the capital just down the building. It's near the Seine, Beaugrenelle's mall (now famous), Citroën square, Commerce street and other enjoyable districts... I'd say the plus is the cleanliness of my place, which I work hard for.

There are two bedrooms. I am sleeping in one of them, the other one is yours (2-place bed). You obviously have access to the whole apartment, except my bedroom.
