Huset er på 110 m2 fordelt på 2 etager i moderne stil, opført i 2012. Det er perfekt for familien med to voksne og op til 3 børn. Der er to gode legepladser kun 50 meter fra huset, som i baghaven har trampolin og adgang til stor fælles græsplæne og klatrestativ og bænkeborde-sæt.
