Our studio flat is at the top floor of a peaceful 6-storey 1930's building located in a quiet street of the lively 13th district of Paris.
It's got a unique feel of space, light, and calm as well as a lovely balcony.
We have been living in this flat for 12 years and we have renovated it 2 years ago.
With a very comfortable, brand new double sofa bed and a single mattress, we can accomodate up to 3 people.
