Located in the central and lively district of Bonne Nouvelle in the 10th and 2nd arrondissements, you will be 10 minutes walk from République, Opéra, and a slightly more from Châtelet or the famous canal St Martin, great place to go for a stroll in summer season.
The area is safe, you will find lots of restaurants, brasseries, cafes or cocktails bar and also theaters and concert halls.
