So pretty, quiet and charming. The volume is very nice, it's an airy and original loft in which everyone feels good, with views and direct access to the courtyard, a real pleasure !

Other things to note
This architect's loft is not suitable for young children and the elderly. There are no protective barriers.

The area is very lively, and you, you will be quiet in a second court fame very green, it's pretty amazing. You are at Bastille, there are plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. And the Opera Bastille of course.
The Port de la Bastille is beautiful, it is a garden with barges and boats.
The beautiful Place des Vosges is just nearby, a must see, with its Marais district full of architectural wonders.
The Aligre market is deemed, and open daily except Monday, you can eat fresh daily. We cook a lot and it is there that we shop food.
The Coulée verte is a green walk without cars, a happiness !
