The main entrance leads to the raised ground floor which offers a fully fitted modern kitchen with dining area, an open plan living room and a guest’s WC. All areas lead to sea facing balconies and the swimming pool. Marble stairs lead to both the first floor and the garden level. Aptera is a wonderful, small village close to the "highway" allowing easy access to every point of interest on the island. Among them, the world famous site of the ancient Aptera which is less than 3 km (by car) from the villa, or less than 2 km walking on a steep, uphill, dirt path. The village has a mini market, a coffee shop and 3 beautiful taverns which offer great local dishes at very reasonable prices. Finally, the view to Souda Bay from the villa, is stunning to say the least.
