Villa Levanda Zea is a traditional 2-bedroom villa with a private pool of 18 sqm, located on a hillside in the traditional village of Exopolis. A few traditional cafes and taverns can be found next to the villa, while the sandy beach and the busy town of Georgioupolis are easily reached by car with a 5-minute drive (3 km away). The town of Rethymno is about 25 km away, and Chania is about 35 km away.

The space
Villa Levanda Zea offers an open plan living room with a fireplace, lovely landscape views and access to the pool area through sliding doors. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is provided as well as a common bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds are offered while an extra portable bed can be added for a sixth guest. Air conditioning in each bedroom, wireless internet, hairdryer and iron are available.

Exopolis is a peaceful small village with a few traditional cafes and taverns. At about 3 km from the villa Levanda Zea, all guests can visit the town of Georgioupolis, a beautiful waterfront town with an organized sandy beach, a small river and water sports, numerous taverns, cafes, bars, mini markets and shops. A fishing village up to 1990, now it is transformed into a popular holiday destination, without losing its original charm and tranquility. Old eucalyptus trees and a small river that flows into the sea along with small taverns and restaurants, create a very beautiful place to relax. Chania town is about 35 km west and Rethymno town 25 km east. At the distance of about 5 km from Georgioupolis is the sweet water lake of Kournas, which worth visiting.
