Villa Metochia is located in the quiet village of Stavromenos, just 7 km from the center of Sitia. It has a wonderful panoramic view to Sitia, the port, the airport and the sea! In the village there is also a tavern with traditional food, where you can enjoy your meal and coffee.
It is a good place to start visiting the most famous and beautiful beaches and places through this area.

Villa Metochia has 2 large bedrooms with double beds and 1 large bedroom with a semi double and a single bed.
There is also a comfortable lounge with an old, traditional fireplace and a table for family meals. In the fully equipped kitchen you can make coffee or prepare your food! There is also a spacious bathroom with a washing machine.
The most astonishing thing about the house is the beautiful terrace with panoramic view of Sitia and a barbecue!
