You will really enjoy the apartment's location, the area is called "Koum Kapi" and it is 50 meters from the beach and a few minutes walk from Chania center, the famous Enetian Old Port as well as many cafeterias and restaurants. Evans House is a uniquely renovated building with modern design and facilities, luxury bed matresses, air conditioning, wifi, solar heated boiler, advanced security system etc. Free parking is always available.

The space
This is one of the 3 apartments of Evans House, it is at the back side of the building at Athinon Street and it the only one with private entrance. The apartment has one private bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa that turns to a double bed. You can see all the details at the photos although our visitors say that it is even better than they expected!

Parking is also available at several streets of the area as well as at nearby parking lots.

My family and i try to keep the traditional character to our properties and to ourselves since we are born and raised in Chania. We pay a lot of attention to detail, all our properties are renovated with respect to the building's history and architecture.
