The location is a perfect choice for those who enjoy a night out in the capital of Andros (where you can find some of the most interesting restaurants, shops, cafe-bars etc.), but value peace and quiet during the day. The spot is close to beautiful hiking trails leading to Chora and other famous destinations of the island, organized beaches of Gialia and Piso Gialia (10 minutes by car, 5km), Paraporti and Nimborio (10 minutes by car, 4km), Chalkolimnionas and Apothikes (20 minutes drive, 13km) and beautiful picturesque villages such as Stenies, Apoikia with springs, Ypsilou, Lamira, Menites etc.
