Guest may use the patio, and roof top.

Guest are prohibited from:

1.moving the table and chairs on he roof. from its original potion or spot;

2. moving the patio furniture on the roof from its original potion or pot;

3. Can not host parties or events, without the written consent of the shareholders of he building. This must be writing 30days prior to booking;

4. Guest can't hang laundry on the roof top patio;

5. Guest can not be loud or make noise , between 1pm and 330pm , as these are quite hours / or rest hours in Greece;

6. Guest must clean up after themselves ,and keep area clean neat and tidy , at all material times, as guests on the patio, common area and in the unit area as they are shared common area by all building residents;
