A new and clean house with amazing view. It has a double bed, a WC with shower, a free gym room and a small kitchen. It is in the basement of our house and with its own door. It has no view from inside the house but it is lightful and you have your own space outside. The beach is 10 min by foot down the hill if you like walking.
