A bright, cool and pleasant appartment with a large main room. The bedroom is upstair low ceiling but very cosy. Aroung this place there are lots of nice, young and active neigboors of paris (belleville, canal saint martin, canal de l'ourcq, la villette, ménilmontant,...) It's also in a very quiet street just next of the belleville street (lots of food stores, restaurant,...) and the biggest parc of paris: les buttes chaumont.
The space
You will stay in this appartment composed of a large main room opened on the kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The main room is quite large (around 33 m2) and very pleasant with the brick wall, three windows on the south and the west (bright) and nice pieces of furnitures (industrial style). It's at the third and last level of the building. If you feel it you'll be free to hit the puching ball.
