Villa Troya is situated at the end of the exclusive Kas peninsula and has breath-taking panoramic sea views and over to the Greek Island of Meis. The private pool and spacious sun terrace are perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the vista.

The space
The terrace is well equipped with sun beds, parasols and outside dining furniture so you can enjoy the sunsets with a drink or dine alfresco in the balmy summer evenings.

The interior is light and modern. The lower floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen at the far end, a dining area with seating for 6 and then a lounge area with TV and DVD player. The sliding patio doors allow direct access to the sun terrace from the kitchen, lounge or dining area. There is also a separate toilet at the entrance.

The villa is situated at the tip of the Kas peninsula in peaceful surroundings perfect for relaxation. There are a couple of boutique hotels nearby which have sea platforms, restaurants and spas which you can use.

Travel Details from the host -> I'm originally from the west coast of Scotland but I've been living in Kas for the last five years. My husband, Omer, and I have a property and home management company - Alba Property. I really enjoy living here as it is such a beautiful place and the people are so friendly. It is wonderful to wake up in the morning to blue skies and amazing sea views. It is a very chilled out place. It makes a change from London where I spent the last 10 years.
