The space
The house is a 40sqm independent part of a renovated 1864 traditional stone building. It has a private entrance and it includes a wide main room, a big fully equiped kitchen and a private comfortable bathroom. The terrace is as big as the house itself (another 40sqm) and offers a panoramic view to the sea and even the neighbouring islands. The main room is equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, a ceiling fan and airconditioning. It is separated from the kitchen by a counter where you can also enjoy your breakfast. The room is perfect for couples with one child or groups of up to 3 people who will appreciate their time in a private environment with stunning view without having to deny easy and quick access to all beautiful spots of Ermoupolis and of Syros in general.

LOCATION
