This is a 1st storey island house in the heart of Naousa village (the large garden below it is on the main square). It has belonged to the family for centuries. Partialy rebuilt to modern standards in the 1970s and tastefully renovated over the last couple of years, it combines all desired amenities one would have available in one's own home with tastefull traditional furnishings as enjoyed by past generations. You will feel at home in the house and you can choose whether to stay inside and relax in lovely surroundings, or exit and go anywhere in the pedestrianised traditional Village on foot or to any of the beautifull beaches or neighbouring islands by boat, without needing to rent a car, except on days you want to go exploring far away.. In the summer the neighbourhood buzzes with life ,day and night. You will enjoy relaxing and watching the vibrant holliday crowd passing below your enviably located verandah, a few paces away from most of the scenic sites, restaurants,all day bars and high class shops and boutiques and two minute walk to the sea and Old Harbour and 5 minutes to the nearest bathing beach . Out of season it is lovely and calm,, whether it is sunny or windy, or even rainy, there is always a protected verandah on both sides of the house to choose from as well as the fireplace to enjoy. Once you set your foot inside , this house gives you a LOVELY HOME FROM HOME for your holliday. PS The owner does not allow any smokers anywhere on the property, no pets allowed (exceptions might be arranged) and no young children allowed ( the house is not safe for toddlers). The property is not to be used for luctative purposes (eg commercials, filming, subletting).
