The Canava was originally designed and operated in the past for the production of wine and tsipouro. Santorini is world renowned for its singular wine production, thanks to the distinctive weather conditions and the soil quality, the minimum humidity and rainfall throughout the year and the meticulous wine ageing in these special caves.
Emporio is the biggest village of the island boasting wonderful windmills on the top of the hills, narrow streets painted in white, blue domed churches, a Cathedral, a medieval castle and a pagan church dating back to the 3rd century b.C.

Travel Details from the host -> We are a couple based in Athens, Greece, living and working between Athens and Santorini mostly. We like calm, green and our dogs! Teo used to work in the music sector and Anna in fashion.For the last 5 years as hosts, we are constantly trying to make sure that our places , the atmosphere and the amenities are perfect for a memorable stay in Athens& Santorini island.
