Diese kleine Wohnung, befindet sich im ältesten Hauses der Laimgrubengasse direkt am Naschmarkt. Von hier aus lassen sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Durch die gute Anbindung der Linie U4 kann man auch andere schöne Orte in Wien leicht entdecken.
Diese klassische Substandardwohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern: Einem Schlaf-Wohnbereich und einer Küche inkl. Dusche und Waschbecken. ACHTUNG: Die private Toilette befindet sich am Gang direkt vor der Wohnungstür (siehe Bilder).

Ich nutzte diese Wohnung gelegentlich als mein Atelier/Büro. Deshalb handelt es sich hierbei nur um ein sehr kleines Apartment, das mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern: Einem Schlaf-Wohnbereich und einer Küche inkl. Dusche und Waschbecken. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Tisch, den man als Esstisch aber auch als Arbeitsplatz nutzen kann.
