I’m renting out my beloved 1-room apartment in Viennas 5th district when I'm not home. The old timber floor is creaky, the ceiling high, you will although love it here.
The space
You enter the flat into a small corridor. Bathroom and toilet are two small separated rooms, which fulfill their tasks. At the end of the corridor you can find the tiny kitchen with a fridge and two stoves, including dishes and everything for the basic need. The comfy living room is the main area of the flat and has two big windows facing the quiet inner courtyard. As you can see in the pictures, it is fully furnished. The sofa bed is 1,40m when unfolded. It fits for two persons and is proved as comfy (by myself and others). You can easily save some extra space and use it as a normal sofa during the daytime.
