Neighborbood Overview:

The 466 is situated in what I quite biasedly think is the best neighborhood in Brooklyn!

Right on the cusp of Crown Heights and Prospect Heights we are a 12/15 min walk from the incredible Prospect Park as well as the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Museum. We are on a quite tree lined street that has a bodega in each corner as well as incredible restaurants/coffeehouses/stores in every direction. We are in between 4 different train stops so there's almost no part of the city you can't access easily.

We know and love our neighbors and neighborhood and we know you will to!
