Our house is a 55 sqm, stonebuilt, two-level residence in Krios, Paroikia, Paros. It is part of a housing complex about 4km from the port and 14 km from the airport. Its nearest beach, Marcello, is 7 minutes away on foot.

Its strongest points are its location, as it's quiet and well protected from the summer northern winds, its beautiful view and amazing beach, and its coziness.

It is ideal for a couple, a family with children, or 4 individuals.

The space
On the upper level there is a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both of which have stone walls, wooden floors and beamed ceilings.

On the lower level there is a spacious bedroom and a bathroom.

All doors and windows have fly screens.

In terms of cooling, the upper floor has an air conditioning unit. The lower level never heats up too much, however, a ceiling fan and two floor fans are also provided, in case they come in handy.
