Our stone-built traditional house is located at the top of the charming village of Sellia. Beneath a mountain and above the whole village. only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Sauda beach, 7 minutes from the lively Plakias village with many tavernas, night bars and shops. House plot is absolutely private and has a stunning views of Lybian sea. In the village there is a supermarket 3 min walking, coffee shops and 3 great tavernas with a amazing view of Plakias Bay. You will love it!
The space
There are two completely separated and bedrooms. The master bedroom well-equipped with new comfortable furniture.
A leaving room with a work-desk and a computer corner, fire-place, and a nice stereo system with bluetooth.
The kitchen is fully-equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The house can host two couples or a family with kids easily.
