We propose to you our little heaven in Paris in a lovely neighborhood, off the touristic road, at 15min of the center, authentic & exciting.

The space
This loft, we call it our house, because this 2 floor flat is like a little house. We love it because it's sunny, warm, peaceful and nice.

We live with flowers and herbs, we enjoy the terrace (12sqm2) and the neighbors are really friends.

Why we love it!!!

Even nowadays not so well known by the locals, this small neighborhood is a genuine paradise for curious people who want to escape from the stressful cityscape. An unusual village has been set up with astonishing and flowered small detached houses.

Why you should visit it
Walking through it is an amazing way to get lost in one of the most charming and little known parisian neighborhood. Due to the configuration of its streets, set up as a small labyrinth, you can easily go back and forth to discover every corner of its little gem.

Special tip
You should have a look at Villa des Lilas, Villa Loraine (at the end of Rue de l'Egalité, on your left) & Villa de Bellevue, then Rue de la liberté.

Bonjour, Nous sommes Luz et Alex. Elle est costumière et styliste pour la publicité, le théâtre, le clip et le cinéma. Je suis comédien et metteur en scène. Elle est argentine, je suis français. On parle donc français, anglais, et espagnol. On aime les cheesecakes, le Maroc, l’Espagne, l’Argentine, Charlie Chaplin, les nems (super adresse à côté d'ailleurs), voyager, faire des rencontres, aller voir des films, rester à la maison, nos voisins!!!!!
