I bought this lovely studio in 2014, renovated it with an architect. It's full of light (bow window), mezzanine bed, convertible sofa, beautiful hardwood floor, great usage space, 5th floor elevator, 1940 red-brick building, quiet street.

You can rent the full space for a minimum of 3 nights and during the holidays seasons (between Dec 23 and Jan 8) I will prioritize longer stay 5 days +.
This place is ideal for a solo person who is looking for a quiet and very comfortable place. The bed can fit 2 persons yet the 2 persons can't be giants: mezzanine bed dimensions are 130 cm width, 180 cm length, it's tailore-made matress, very comfortable bultex quality. There is also a convertible sofa available on the ground (120 cm width and 185 length) bultex quality yet less dense but you can sleep very well on it too.
