Freshly refurbished, my apartment is completely equipped and very functional. The open kitchen and living room are 25m2 make it a very luminous place to live.
The bedroom is located on the flowered court side of the building.
The space
The apartment is located close to several metro stations (line 12: Marx Dormoy or Marcadet Poissonnier / line 2 : La Chapelle / Line 4 : Marcadet Poissonnier), as well as very usefull stores down the street like supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries etc.
The Saturday market, Marché de l’Olive, is a great place to get fresh and qualitative food (cheese dairy, fishmarket, butchery).
The area is very lively and residential.
