Other things to note
VERY IMPORTANT : The neighbors complain of the noise. As it is a parquet floor, please respect them by not walking with shoes in the flat (especially heels). Also please don't leave your phone on vibrating on the floor (for example in the morning as an alarm clock)

This part of the 20th area has changed a lot during the last year. While it's still a really popular and family residential area of Paris, now it is also well known for its nice cafés and restaurants that settled in during the last years. The most important feature of this area is authenticity; far away from the touristic spots around the Eiffel Tower, Le Marais or Saint Germain des Près, here you will find good services, smiling waiting staff and bar tenants, good products at reasonable prices, and a warmer welcome in cafés, shops and restaurants, which has now became quite a rare thing in our city. However, this is still a very centric area, so you'll have fast and easy access to any sight seeing in Paris.
