This is a charming, quiet and newly painted one bedroom apartment in the highly dynamic Oberkampf/Republique area of Paris. It is perfect for a single person, possible for a parent with a child. It is located in a vibrant area surrounded by excellent restaurants and many small shops but itself is very calm and sunny and gives a nice recluse after spending the day out in the city.
The space
This is a 30 m2 one bedroom apartment on the 5th and last floor in a highly dynamic area of Paris. The place faces a well maintained and plant-lined courtyard and is very calm and quiet with beautiful flooding sunshine in the afternoon. This is a real treat in Paris and makes for a true holiday feeling.
The apartment has recently become cat friendly as the living room window is protected by a thin mesh and there is a small cat tree in the bedroom.
