Here is a lovely studio apartment in a 17th century building. Very quiet place in the old centre of Paris. The studio has 20sqm with everything you need. I keep it clean and tidy. I usually offer complimentary early checkin and late checkout.
The studio is located rue Saint-Denis, a lovely paved street with various activities. Get to know real-central-typical Paris!
The space
The studio is part of a small 17th century building. My studio is 2nd floor (/5), access by the staircase (no elevator). The studio comprises a living room with the sofa, dining space and a kitchenette, the mezzanine bed (access by a scale) and a bathroom with a tub and the WC.
The place has 2 double beds (140cm wide), it ideally hosts 2 or 3 people. I'll happily host 4 travellers looking for an affordable solution (no extra fee) but be aware that it's less comfortable.
