This apartment is close to the Subway (3min walk), City Center, Vienna Train Station and Tichy (popular ice cream in town).

You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood (supermarkets, restaurants, shopping street), the easy access to public transport (train station, subway, tram, bus).

It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers & remote workers (high speed WIFI).

The space
-Bedroom (1) is equipped with a big double bed, a working desk and a chair, and balcony access

(You usually have the apartment to yourself, unless the other bedroom is also rented out)

Guest access
-Within the apartment you have access to a big living room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet.
-The apartment has also a balcony with view onto the courtyard (quiet side), which is accessible through bedroom (1)
