- private be room with 1.40m double bed and a sleeping couch (room size around 16m2)
- washing machine
- two other very relaxed and nice flatmates (female, students, 23 + 25 years)
- speaking German, Spanish, English, French
- 2nd floor, no elevator
- no smoking
