The apartment is on the hillside overlooking the village of Paleochora. It is a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and a very large living area. It is ideal for a small family or two couples.
It is 15 minutes walking distance from the town center and 10 minutes to the beach.
The house does not have air conditioning however there are fans. The unique construction of the property makes the ground floor quite cool in the summer months.
