The 1000 m2 garden surrounding the property provides privacy and a relaxing natural environment. The country house is ideal for families, big groups or couples who are seeking a calm place with plenty of outdoor space to spend their holidays.

The space
The property is a fully detached house of 80 m2 in the middle of a 1000 m2 garden with citrus and pine trees, roses and vines. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and 50" Smart LED TV with NETFLIX (not shown in pictures), a kitchen, a bathroom and an entrance hall. Apart from from the large garden around the house, there are also two balconies where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Guest access
The guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces of the house.

The house is situated in the picturesque and lively village of Maritsa 8 km away from Airport Diagoras of Rhodes. There are many taverns in the village where you can taste traditional Greek delicacies (called “meze” in Greek). Maritsa is well known for its food, the friendly residents and the joyful local festivals. The natural beauty of its location is more than satisfying. You will find many small country churches scattered around the village, hidden in pine tree forests and olive oil groves. The most popular one is “Sotiras”, situated on the slopes of mountain “Koumouli” overlooking the village and the eastern side of Rhodes coast. The view is breathtaking!
