The flat is located in a newly built house. It faces to a quite and light courtyard with a large balcony. It is prepared for the needs of guests, who want to stay for 2-6 months (job change, expats, exchange students, sabbatical etc)
You will find a supermarket, busstop and huge area along the river Danube for sports and recreation in front of the house. A washing machine and a dryer can be used in the laundry room of the building.

The flat is modern furnished including a few Austrian vintage pieces.

Guest access
You can use the whole flat. There is a sleeping room for two and another room, that can be used as a guest room, work space or childrens room.
The spacious livingroom has a view to a quiet and wide court, so that you can drink your morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy the morning sun.

Travel Details from the host -> Originaly from southern austria, I live in Vienna since 16 years now. I used to travel a lot around the world. I lived in Havanna, Antwerp and Stockholm for a longer time periode. I have two kids and we live close to the flat.
