The house is in a small complex of 4 houses, each one completely independent of the other. The house looks over the Bay of Koundouros and is ideal for those that want to be close to the sea (about 300 meters). The property is on two levels and has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. Outside there is a large terrace, front and back and balconies outside the bedrooms, from where one has a great sea and sunset view.
The space
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these house are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. Beaches- Koundouraki (to the south), Otzia (to the north), Gialiskari (to the west), Xyla (to the west) and Spathi (to the East), Pisses (to the south west), are all organized sandy beaches. At Koundouraki and Spathi they also have water sports. Of course there are many more beaches that you can go to by car (all sandy) Kalidonixi, Orco, Sikamia and the list goes on.If you want to explore some of the secluded beaches, then a boat is needed.
