The house is situated in a quite part of Borgerhout, but walking distance from tram and train connections. There are a few nice restaurants and bars on the block and the concert hall THE ROMA is just two corners away.
I mostly rent out the top floor of the place - but when I am away myself there is the option of renting the whole place as well. It is 3 stories high with 2/3 rooms on each floor.
Most spaces have ample light and I like to decorate the spaces in quite a personal and cosy way.
The space
The groundfloor holds a kitchen, dining area and a small indoor garden area, as well as a toilet.
The first floor consists of a living room and a balcony.
On the second floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower/bath, washing machine and drying rack, as well as large floor to ceiling closets for your clothes and other stuff.
