The room is for private use only. For the time of your visit, you can use free wifi, the kitchen, toilette and bathroom of course + living room with the TV. If you use the kitchen I expect you to clean up after cooking.
Remove your shoes at the entrance door. Smoking is allowed on the Balkony. Please dont smoke inside the room, or living area.

You can get easy access to puplic transport. You may need about 15 - 20 mins to the city center.

The space
The apartment is in a the seventeenth district of Vienna. Beautiful Hernals. There are bus- and trainstations nearby as well as grocery shops. Reaching the city center or going to Schönbrunn castle shouldnt take you more then 20 mins. I have a nice Balcony you can use for having breakfast. A nice kitchen if you like to cook, or use the microwave if you are the fast type. You can also watch a movie or relax on the big couch in the living room. Free internet is available.
