This is a very bright and cosy appartement, with 3 bed rooms on the back, very quiet, and little terasse, located in a fancy art deco area where are living lots of artists, but also polish and portugesh family. Lots of terasses, restaurants, organic shops around. The Parvis de Saint Gilles is just above the road, and we are 10 minutes walk from Place du Jeux de Balles, the best and famous free market, 30min walk from the historic center, 10min from the south station. Kids are very welcome :-)

The space
I just moved in this appartement with my daughter last winter and I love it, such a nice and cool aera, very sunny and alive, at the same time the appartement is very quiet because the rooms are completly on the back you can't even hear a single car... There are 2 adults room and 1 childroom. A smal but sunny and charmy terrasse on a roof.
