In Otzia region of Kea (hill Koukouvagia), 5km from the port, 15' walk to Otzia beach (3' by car), 15' walk to cosmopolitan Vourkari (restaurants, bars, yachts), footpath (trail 1) for Ioulida runs literally behind the place, for fans of nature and hiking. Very quiet & child safe.

The space
In this charming space you can live for a short or long period very independently and quietly. It' s a fully equipped house. The verandas are large and comfortable with stone built-in benches and slate table where one contemplate the beautiful view while eating or having a drink. A/C, electrical fans TV and DVD player available.

Guest access
Very close to the central road from the port, and the cottage has parking available. There is also a bus stop nearby.
