The space
This is a one bedroom flat, located on a nice old building. Third floor without elevator. Nice decorated with furnitures from the 50'.
The sun comes in the bedroom the morning and in the main room the afternoon. The queen size bed is very comfurtable, and someone can sleep on the sofa, witch is in fact a sigle bed (80cm of width).
The kitchen is equiped (no micro wave) and you have a washing machine. Separeted shower and toilets.
Guest access
You'll have access of the entire place. Just a few closets will be closed, with my personnal staff.
Other things to note
