The building is equipped with an electronic entry code as well as a concierge. The apartment overlooks rue Alasseur, a calm residential street.

This neighborhood is particularly well connected with metro and bus. My guests are particularly happy to be in a quite street, with all local shops and restaurants around .. and beside the Eiffel Tower.

Travel Details from the host -> I have been living in this beautiful art deco building for over 20 years and have always enjoyed it. It is well-kept. The concierge is on duty from 7 am to 12 am and from 3 pm to 7 pm. The apartment is very quiet. It is perfect for a couple. There is a large desk if you have to work on your computer or do some writing. The neighborhood is very nice : both safe and quiet, with a large choice of restaurants and cafés. Walking to the Champ de Mars and jogging or just hanging around there on a bench is always a treat at any time of the year. There is a wonderful farmer's market nearby on Wednesdays and Sundays. You're 5 metro stops from Saint-Germain-des-Prés, 4 from Montparnasse and 4 from Etoile. You can cross the river and walk to the Trocadero, or stroll along the river to the Musée d'art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, or to the new Quai Branly Museum. I'll be happy to provide information about local shops, restaurants and places of interest.
