The 2 rooms appartment (40 square Merters/ 430 square Feet) is located at the end of a charming flowered courtyard, just 30 meters from the lively and typical RUE DAGUERRE (one of the discoverer of Photography !). It is EXTREMELY QUIET in regards to street noise as it is at the end of of the courtyard / On GROUND LEVEL WITH NO STAIRS (easy access and safe for kids). All the owners and tenants around are friendly, nice and respectful. The place has very good vibes and the guests can easily feel comfy and at home. It can easily fit a family with 2 kids or even 4 adults with the recent and comfortable convertible bed.
A folding baby bed is also at your disposal.
