Located in the heart of the 9th district, this fully furnished and stylish 115-square-meter apartment is ideally placed in Paris. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, the Opera house (Opéra Garnier) and the Galeries Lafayette, and 20 minutes to the Latin Quarter. There are 3 Metro stations nearby (Place de Clichy, Liège and Trinité), a 7-minute walk.
Both the neighborhood and the apartment are very quiet. Our street is a charming no-through road. The apartment itself is located on the 5th and last floor. It faces the sky and Parisian roofs and it overlooks a large tree-filled courtyard. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not steep and it they keep us fit!
