I am a writer and documentary film maker living in NYC. I bought the apt. 18 years ago. The neighborhood is fantastic! One can walk everywhere, which is very helpful when Paris is on strike! Not only is the subway at the door; every bus is just feet away. I have a wonderful manager. If a tenant ever needs anything she is always available, speaking English, French and Spanish. I too am available and respond immediately. I have been lucky as the apt is always in demand. The Manager keeps the apt very very very clean; and with Covid-19 it is disinfected each time she cleans.
