Both traditional and trendy at the same time, the 11th district is the place to go for the real Paris, a mix of bars, hype restaurants, delicious patisseries (Cyril Lignac), vinyl record shops and clothes shopping. Terrasses are there to enjoy the view and being seen. Traditional bakeries, "fromageries" and wine shops are also a very short distance from the flat. The famous Aligre food market is at a distance of 10 minutes, offering one of the best value for money fresh food. You will also love to wander around the small backstreets, away from the busy rue de Charonne. Neighbourhood is safe at any hours of the day/night. You will be at walking distance from the charming Marais and Place des Vosges.
