Apartment in a building under guarding, reassured(secured) very discreetly and very effectively by contract with a private company of safety(security). Additional cameras connected in the center of surveillancce are in progress. All these measures are just organized to allow the occupants a perfect tranquillity.
I inform occupants that they are the only people on the contract to be allowed into the apartment. This is a mandatory rule and if it is not observed it immediately causes the rental to stop.
It goes without saying that all forms of prostitution are prohibited and that if people who are not covered by the contract go back and forth, the neighbours are entitled to notify the police forces concerned so that tenants and other offenders can be involved.
Finally, the tenants are asked to respect the calm of the condominium and therefore any noisy party is forbidden.

Je loue un appartement de 86 m2 rue de Dunkerque. Il est loué pour les couples avec 2 enfants + éventuellement un bébé . Il est situé au 2ième étage d’un immeuble sans ascenseur mais je précise qu'il n' y a que 18 marches à grimper par étage). Il est à 5 mn à pieds du Sacré Coeur - à 20mn à pieds de l'Opéra - et à 3mn de tous métros ou bus menant à l'Arc de Triomphe, à la Tour Eiffel ou Beaubourg en maximum 30 mn. Mon appartement intéresse aussi et plus particulièrement les professionnels qui assistent aux différents salons ayant lieu au Parc des Expositions de VILLEPINTE car mon appartement est situé à 5mn à pieds de la Gare du Nord et donc du RER B qui dessert en seulement 25 mn le Parc des expositions
