Quiet neighbourhood, not far from part-dieu (10 minutes direct bus) and metro D (green line). The neighbourhood is in a big renovation and improvement phase, with a library 50 meters from the flat, small park, nice view. Shops are nearby around the flat !

We are a couple of 30 (galina, russian) and 34 (romain, french, born in Lyon) years old couple, Romain is an entrepreneur in the telecommunication field, galina is an editing specialist. We can speak french, english, and russian (native for galina, basic for romain).
