Cosy, very nice rooftop apartment with huge terrace, composed of two areas distributed on two floors - on the first floor there are the bedroom, toilet, bathroom, one working room, kitchen and living room. Stairs are leading to the second floor, an open room which is leading to a nice sunny green terrace.

The modern services include fast Wifi internet connection, cable TV. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic top and oven, fridge, microwave and utensils. Nespresso with large variety of capsules available. It’s also possible to use the washing machine, iron with board. The bathroom has bath tube (hair dryer included).

Very good location - close to a subway station (2 mins walking distance) with direct connection to the city center - Stephansplatz (about 15 mins by subway U3), 20 mins walking distance to Mariahilferstrasse and about 15 mins walking distance to Schoenbrunn. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood, with a lot of supermarkets around and some good traditional Austrian food restaurants. There are also a couple of bakeries where you can find fresh bread and pastries for a nice breakfast.

Travel Details from the host -> I use to travel a lot professionally and private, and for me is always important to find a nice place to stay and feel at home. As a frequent traveler, I like my privacy. Therefore, I will give my guests the privacy they need, however, I will always be there to assist when necessary.
