The Villa Aretousa 1 is a sea view 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, 1100 meters from the sandy beach of Agia Marina. It is located 9 km west of the picturesque town of Chania, in walking distance with many taverns and restaurants.

A sea view living room with comfortable loungers, a 32" TFT satellite TV, DVD, stereo, an open plan dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are offered on the ground floor of the Villa.

One bedroom with a double bed is offered on the ground floor. One twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and one single bedroom with a common bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the upper floor bedrooms have lovely sea views.
