The famous sandy beaches of Loutraki and Marathi are both just 2 km away from the Villa. The beaches are well organised, are rarely wavy and their waters are crystal clear! Also, you can also find several tavernas and cafes there.

The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing. In Sternes village you will be able to find a bakery, mini market, pharmacy and restaurants. Additionally the neighbouring village of Pithari has a butcher, gas station and supermarket.
