We are Vanessa, Ludovic, Joy & Colin.
We live here most of the time. Sometimes we're travelling and we like the idea that some nice people can enjoy our place during that time.
It's a little piece of heaven just around the corner of Brussels city center. It's a kind of loft in a Collective Housing. Very quiet, spacious, bright, cosy, Kid's friendly and green. Patio is a real + during summer. Please tell us a bit about you so that we know our home is in good hand !

The space
As said before, this is our home. So we would like you to respect it and take good care of it as it was yours. We made it all almost by ourself so it means a lot to us. Also, if you're staying more than just a weekend, please don't forget to give the plants some water. We'll let you some advise about that.

The apartment is located in a multicultural neighborhood. You'll find many small grocery shop that are open late. We've always feel very secure in the streets around the house. People are friendly.
Hype restaurants and bars are 10-15 minutes walks.
It'a an old industrial area. Our house used to be a butcher house since we're not far away from the abbatoirs. So the whole area is now in the heart of new urban development. There is a small park nearby with some playgroud for kids. A street art museum around the corner. Many exciting project are going to be build in the next years.
